Lillian Shurtleff, PDG, director of Liberty Day Georgia and a member of the Hinesville Lions Club, stresses that this program can be successful anywhere and need not be restricted to the United States alone.  Lions around the world are encouraged to participate by customizing the program to suit their nations' individually: promoting awareness of their own constitutions, governments and histories.
