REQUIREMENTS FOR 100% AWARDS
(All Districts)

VICE DISTRICT GOVERNOR

1.   Assist District Governor in any way possible.
2.   Attend, if possible, all Council meetings, Region meetings, Zone meetings held during the year.

3.   Attend new officer training in your district.
4.   Attend district cabinet meetings, rally and convention held in your district and promote attendance at these meetings.
5.   Attend State Convention.

6.   Promote the ideals of Lionism and work toward helping your District Governor achieve his/her goals for the year.

7.   Apply in writing to the District Governor for 100% Vice District Governor Award by April 30, 2010.

 CLUB PRESIDENT

CLUB SECRETARY

1.   Attend all zone and region meetings.
2.   Attend district cabinet meetings, rally and convention and promote attendance at these meetings.
3.   Attend new officer training in your district and encourage attendance by all your club officers.
4.   Attend State Convention and encourage attendance to your club members.
5.   Promote the ideals of Lionism and work toward helping your District Governor achieve his/her goals for the year.
6.   Send your M & A report on or before the last day of each month.
7.   Mail your PU-101 and PU-101M by April 15.
8.   Send in names of delegates for district, state and international conventions on time.

9.   Apply in writing to the District Governor for 100% Secretary Award by April 30, 2010.

 CLUB TREASURER

1.   Attend all zone and region meetings.
2.   Attend district cabinet meetings, rally and convention and promote attendance at these meetings.
3.   Attend new officer training in your district and encourage attendance by all your club officers.
4.   Attend State Convention and encourage attendance to your club members.
5.   Promote the ideals of Lionism and work toward helping your District Governor achieve his/her goals for the year.
6.   Present a monthly financial statement to the club Board of Directors.
7.   Pay all international and district dues on time.
8.   Apply in writing to the District Governor for 100% Treasurer Award by April 30, 2010.
